The small print
- Where a range is shown, the figure is the maximum. What you are actually charged depends on the home, the term and your application.
- Usage-based charges — water, electricity, trash hauling — cannot be quoted in advance because they depend on what you use.
- Fees marked optional apply only if you choose that service. Nothing in that section is added automatically.
- Fees marked situational are avoidable. They are listed for completeness, not because we expect to charge them.
- This guide is current as of September 2026 and may change. The fees in your signed lease are the ones that apply to you.
